hey will continue to use without significant consequences. It is difficult to know who will become addicted but there is some indicators: a family history of addiction; are depressed and have don’t feel like they “fit in”
The opposite of addiction is not recovery it is connection! Perhaps, Rita Pierson, an Educator said it best, “Every child deserves a champion-an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best they can possibly be”
