💫 Happy Back to School season! 💫 Everyone at The Cooperage Project is sending positive vibes, courage, and excitement to the students of all ages who are part of our programs, their families, and all of the awesome school staff, teachers, and administrators that we get to work with! We love this time of year because it means that Pop-Up Club, Romping Radishes, Teen Open Mic, and Teen Art Lounge are starting back up!! And new this year: Pop-Up Lounge, an after school club for Honesdale High Schoolers (currently in a pilot year, with hopes to expand to other districts soon). We CAN'T WAIT to have you all back in the buildings!

Nearly 30 musicians joined us for our latest Acoustic Bluegrass Jam — and this jam is quickly becoming the night you don't want to miss! 🎶

The circle of musicians just keeps growing, with players sharing new songs, folk standards, and even a little classic country. Every person who joins the circle brings something new to the mix, and there's always an open invitation for anyone who wants to jump in and play.

You don't have to be an expert or know every song. The jam is all about making music together, sharing what you know, and having a good time. And of course, listeners are always welcome, too!

Our next jam is Tuesday, September 1st, from 7–9pm at the Cooperage.

Bring an instrument, bring a friend, or just come listen. We'd love to see you there! 🪕🎻

Last time at Senior Gathering, we welcomed Nicole from Tabletop BLT for a fun and interactive afternoon exploring the ways games can bring people together. Nicole shared how gameplay can be more than just entertainment, offering opportunities for connection, problem-solving, creativity, communication, and even learning skills that can be useful in everyday life. Guests had the chance to learn about different types of games and how tabletop play can encourage social connection and keep our minds engaged.

This week, we’re switching things up and turning up the music for Karaoke! Whether you’re ready to grab the mic or prefer to cheer everyone else on, come join us for an afternoon of singing, laughter, and good company. 🎤

Come for the music, stay for the community. We’ll see you at Senior Gathering this Thursday, August 27th 1:30-3:30pm at The Cooperage.

All-Team-Sing-along GROUP KARAOKE

Forget singing alone, we’re getting the whole room involved!

Join us September 18th for an all-team group singalong karaoke night at The Cooperage. Pick a song, grab a friend, and get ready to belt it out together. Whoever picks the song gets the mic(s), but we'll project the lyrics on the big screen so everyone can sing along! Whether you’re a karaoke pro or someone who prefers to sing from the safety of the crowd, there’s a place for you!
