NEPA Gives day is coming up. 24 hours of giving June 4 from 7pm to June 5 at 7pm. Which organizations will you support?!

Commissioners were joined by the Wayne County Community Foundation's President/CEO Ryanne Jennings and Development & Operations Manager Crystal Satriano for a NEPA Gives Proclamation.

For 24 hours, from 7pm June 4th to 7pm June 5th, you make secure donations to their favorite local nonprofit organizations through the NEPA Gives online platform, www.nepagives.org. Donations to participating nonprofits will be enhanced with bonus funds provided by NEPA Gives sponsors, making donor dollars stretch further.

Applications for Cohort 6 of the NLCP are now open until June 12th, and we'd love for you to share this opportunity with any nonprofit organizations or leaders in your network who may be a great fit.

The NLCP is presented in partnership with the University of Scranton and the Northeastern Pennsylvania Nonprofit & Community Assistance Center (NCAC) and is designed to equip high-potential nonprofit leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the sector.

Yesterday, our President/CEO had the privilege of moderating a community discussion for women hosted by at in Honesdale. Women of all ages from around the region joined in the conversation to talk about challenges our community members are facing like healthcare costs, access and quality, childcare and elder care cost, economic opportunity, and so much more!
