Rain or shine, the memories are made. 🏕️🔥

This weekend, a small group of PA Lamplighters gathered at Belden Hill Campground in NY, and not even Mother Nature could slow us down! Between showers, we explored Animal Adventure Park, browsed a local farm stand, and enjoyed the Lumberjack Festival in Deposit, NY to name a few. Friday’s hot dog roast was a crowd favorite, Saturday’s potluck came together thanks to our wagon master’s careful eye on the weather, and every evening ended the best way possible—around the campfire (with only a couple of rain delays! 😄).

Weekends like these are what the PA Lamplighters are all about: great friends, great adventures, and plenty of laughs. If you’re in the NEPA area and looking for a fun camping club to travel with, send us a message—we’re always happy to welcome new members! 🏕️

🌲🚐 What a way to kick off the 2026 camping season! 🚐🌲

Memorial Day Weekend at J&D Campground was a great success for the PA Lamplighters. Despite the cool temperatures and rainy weather, we had an excellent turnout and an even better time making memories with friends old and new.

Of course, a trip to Knoebels was on the schedule, and as always, it was a hit—rain or shine! From campfires and conversations to rides and family fun, it was a fantastic start to another season of camping adventures.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the weekend special. We’re looking forward to many more campouts throughout the year!
