Each year we have the privilege of recognizing three graduating students with a scholarship in memory of Jennifer Killam. Jennifer was a true representation of who we are as Jaycees. Dedicated to her community with a kind and caring heart. Her legacy lives within these students who have accomplished so much already and are about to begin a new chapter of their lives.

Each recipient received a $1500.00 scholarship to pursue their education after high school.

Last Sunday, we hosted our annual Phillies Home Run Derby event. We had ideal weather, dozens and dozens of young athletes on hand, and one of the most energetic and enthusiastic hosts from the Phillies—thanks Paul!

We want to send out a big time congratulations and thank you to all of the young athletes who took part in the day. A special congratulations goes out to all those who advanced to the next round, hoping to earn their way to Citizens Bank Park for a chance to compete for the title! 75 days until fair food season! 🎡🧀🍗

That means we’re only 75 days away from serving up our yummy cheesesteaks, crispy mozzarella sticks, and chicken tenders at the fair!

We’re counting down the days - who’s ready for their first cheesesteak? 😋

Our springtime road cleanup had some showers but we were smiling through it.

Some up and coming Jaycees joined us and a generous person made a donation of $100 to the organization.

These road cleanups are quick but always important to help keep our community clean. Pick Up the Poconos supplied our team with trash pickers and we are grateful Jim Hamill was able to pick them up and deliver them to us!

Keep Honesdale beautiful and don't litter!

What a beautiful day spent at Hershey Park! ☀️🎢 We truly couldn’t have asked for better weather or better company.

There are so many incredible benefits to being a Jaycee, but the camaraderie and friendships built along the way have to be one of the very best parts…right alongside the opportunity to give back to our community. ❤️

If you’ve been thinking about wanting to get out there and make more friends and you are a working professional under 40, shoot us a message and get involved. We would truly love to get to know you!

We have 2 tickets left for our Hershey Park trip tomorrow!
$56 a person and includes a picnic lunch from 1-2pm!
