The Stephen's Scholarship Saltwater Shootout Fishing Tournament is held annually to support the Stephen's Scholarship Fund. A Non-Profit Organization set up in honor of our friend, Kenny Stephens, who tragically lost his life in a mining accident. The Saltwater Shootout is one of the ways we raise money to help as many kids as possible with there future. We all would like to thank you for helping us honor our friend and future scholarship recipients. Good Luck Fishing!

Thank you to all of our sponsors and participants for another successful year at the Stephen’s Saltwater Shootout! 🐠🐟🎣Our annual event is a tribute to Kenny Stephens, and we raise funds for scholarships in his honor. This year's milestone – Kenny's 50th birthday and our 50 participating boats – made the event especially memorable. ❤️It was a great turnout and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!

The Captain’s Meeting starts at 6pm tonight, tournament registration will close at 8pm. 50/50 and raffle tickets will be available tonight and tomorrow. A huge thank you to all of our sponsors!

Tonight from 6-8pm, the Captain's Meeting will be held at the Florida Cracker Monkey Bar in Homosassa Riverside Resort. Tournament registration will remain open until 8pm at a fee of $100 per boat. We will review all rules, regulations, and tournament information this evening. Additionally, 50/50, raffle tickets, and captain bags will be available tonight. We look forward to seeing you all this evening!

We are less than a week away from the 2025 Stephens Scholarship Saltwater Shootout Fishing Tournament! The captains meeting is this Friday from 6-8pm, registration will be available during this time at the Florida Cracker Monkey Bar! The tournament will be on Saturday from 7am - 4pm.

We are a few weeks away from the 2025 Stephens Scholarship Saltwater Shootout! Registration will be available from 6-8pm on April 11th during the Captain’s Meeting. We’ll have raffles prizes and 50/50 available both Friday & Saturday! See you all soon!

Tournament registration forms will be available at all your favorite local Homosassa bait shops starting this week. Registration for this year’s tournament will be open through the Captains Meeting on Friday, April 11th from 6-8pm at Homosassa Riverside Resort. We will see you all next month!
