The Hidden Gem Half Marathon is preparing to shine on throughout the Village of Flossmoor on Saturday, Sept. 12. This year, organizers are pairing up with Suburban Access Outreach and Sarah's Soles to provide new gym shoes to those in need. Donations are now being accepted through Friday, Sept. 11, at Flossmoor Village Hall, the Flossmoor Public Library and Suburban Access (900 Maple, Homewood). (Gem runners can bring their donations when they pick up their race packet.) Please share, thank you!

Great day at the Country Club Hills St. John's clothing closet. Ann had her first portrait done by a young artist! Looks just like her!!! Starting next month we are adding the 2nd Wednesday, 4-6pm and switching to the 3rd Saturday.
