Congratulations to our 2026 K.P.B. Memorial Leadership Scholarship Award Recipient: Grace Ann Ferguson! 🎉
Each year, as part of the Kathleen P. Bruhn Memorial Leadership Open Golf Tournament, BridgeWays recognizes an upcoming graduating senior who has made a positive impact on their community through volunteerism and provides a $1,000 scholarship to go toward general education expenses.
Grace will be a 2027 graduate of Pelham High School, where she currently maintains an impressive 4.4 GPA! A dedicated student, leader, and volunteer, she is an AP Scholar with Distinction, Drum Major of the Pelham Marching Band, and a member of the Pelham High School SGA, Ambassadors, and Health Occupations Students of America.
Grace is also committed to serving her community through Youth Leadership Shelby County, where she helps coordinate food drives benefitting Shelby Emergency Assistance. She believes that volunteering strengthens communities and builds character.
Described by her teachers and community partners as a thoughtful and driven leader and scholar, Grace plans to attend Auburn University to study Sports Medicine and continue giving back through volunteer service.
