Rainy weather didn’t keep these Junior Rangers away!

Check out how we celebrated Junior Ranger Day at Biscayne National Park! Rangers from Biscayne and Everglades National Park led fun educational activities like wildlife observation, excavation areas and plankton labs. Kids of all ages (and some grown up kids too) had a great time exploring and learning throughout the Dante Fascell Visitor Center ✨

The Florida National Parks Association is proud to have been a part of this through the Aid to NPS funding initiative, covering Junior Ranger Day activities and year round Junior Ranger books and badges! We hope to continue inspiring future generations for years to come!

Junior Ranger Day is in just a few days ✨

The Florida National Parks Association (FNPA) invites all Junior Rangers and family to come out to Biscayne National Park this Saturday, August 29 for a day full of fun!

FNPA is proud to announce our Aid to NPS initiative funds the Junior Ranger booklets and badges as well as the Junior Ranger Day activities here in South Florida national parks (Everglades, Biscayne and Dry Tortugas National Park and Big Cypress National Preserve). We strive to inspire the next generation of stewards of these beloved parks 💚

We look forward to seeing all Junior Rangers this Saturday!

A reminder to slow down, stay alert, and drive carefully when visiting Everglades National Park.
