The Florida National Parks Association (FNPA) is celebrating the second anniversary of the Florida Bay Forever specialty plate by announcing the latest project: the Boater Education Course project. As one of Everglades National Park’s partners, FNPA continues to support this park by enhancing stewardship and partnership through the Florida Bay Forever program.
