Wait… this isn’t fried rice? 👀🍚
Nope! It’s a fresh, healthy chop for our parrots 🦜🥦
Ingredients I used:
• Bird Street Bistro – Colorado Green Harvest
• Organic super seeds
• Farm fresh eggs
How I made it:
1️⃣ Add 2 cups of : Colorado Green Harvest to 2 cups of boiling water.
2️⃣ Stir for a few seconds, turn off the heat, and cover for about 10 minutes.
3️⃣ While that rests, scramble 4 large eggs until fully cooked.
4️⃣ Uncover the Bird Street Bistro mix and combine it with the scrambled eggs.
5️⃣ Once everything is mixed evenly, top it with organic super seeds (chia, flaxseed meal, and h**p seeds).
6️⃣ Allow it to cool to room temperature before serving to your feathered friend(s).
