Want to learn more about what's in the Homer Harbor Expansion Draft Feasibility Report? Join us Monday, June 8th at 4:00 PM for a joint work session with Homer City Council and the Port & Harbor Advisory Commission.

City, HDR and US Army Corps of Engineers staff will walk through key components of the report and answer City Council questions.

The USACE is currently accepting public comment on the report through June 22. Go to homerharborexpansion.com for a link to the report.

πŸ“£ Friday, June 5 is Coast Guard Day at HarborFest!

Join us at the Event Area Main Stage at Noon for Coast Guard ceremonies including a Chief Pinning Ceremony and a Civilian Commendation Ceremony for two local water taxi crews who assisted with a rescue last year.

ADDITIONALLY, the fast response cutter Earl Cunningham will be here from Kodiak, and both the Earl Cunningham and Aspen will be available for tours to the public on Friday from 12:30 - 4:30PM at 4690 Homer Spit Road.

HarborFest tickets are NOT REQUIRED for the tours!
