In the US on any given night there almost 50,000 Veterans out in the cold, hungry, and alone. That is not acceptable in any way.Our goal is simple. To provide a housing solution to Veterans by way of a safe, built above and certified (by RVIA and/or CSA) tiny home on wheels. Built to specific needs fo...

Most of you know me,and know how much I love riding. But what you don't know,I believe in this cause so much a month ago I got rid of my bike.No worries.I did not have too.But I had been working on this idea for months.Ever since I met a lot of you.Always in the back of mind this idea kept nagging at me.I kept telling myself one day.Well long story short I knew if I was gonna do this, well my car sure as hell wasn't gonna move one if I built it.So I traded off my bike for a truck,so when the first one was done I'd have a way to move it.It isn't much, but it runs decent, pulls like a herd of mules. And like me is ugly. The boom didn't work so I removed it,well most of it.Took me and David Jr. 3 day's to cut it off with a sawmill, removed the cage too.Now working on replacing the floorboards, and have to get tires, and get rid of the split ring wheels on front and go with 22.5's.And have a hitch welded onto the rear. But it is exactly what the Dr ordered.I have to go next week and get my class F license to drive it,Titled over 26k pounds but no big deal there.Insurance is cheap. So one hurdle down.

There are approximately 1500 homeless Veterans in Georgia.Together we can change that!Currently we are applying for 501c status. And hope to have it completed soon.I'll keep updates here and on twitter.

Just some of the things we need to get started is

Admins for this page
people to help with fundraising
Materials for Tiny homes including old campers for frames, lumber, windows, metal roofing, plumbing fixtures, wiring,Insulation, plywood, etc.
People willing to donate time to help with building, administrative, someone willing to build a web site, and a host of other things that we will need.Eventually we will be adding people full time to handle the day to day things. But as of now we have to ask for volunteers. All of our homes will be built to RVIA standards.RIVA (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) licenses and certifies RV manufacturers and only licensed manufacturers can produce a certified RV. To become licensed, a manufacturer must be open to random inspections, adhere to over 500 safety codes and inspect each of its Tiny House RVs to affirm adherence to these codes. These codes cover electric, plumbing, brake lights, heating and fire safety. And will be a brand new home built to last, and give a homeless Veteran a home.
