She is more than a dragon, she is a cosmic guardian, coiled in a perfect circle — the ancient symbol of completion, sovereignty, and eternal return.

Red is:
Root chakra — life force, survival, embodiment
Blood memory — ancestry and lineage
Passion and primal creative fire

For my dear sister Sona on her turning 55, this speaks of reclaiming your power after cycles of giving. This is not the maiden’s fire. This is the mature flame — controlled, sovereign, and self-knowing.

The dragon’s wings are open — not in flight, but in guardianship. She is no longer searching. She is protecting what she has become.

The spiral is the symbol of evolution. At 55, you move from outward creation (family, career, caretaking) into inward expansion — spiritual authorship, creative sovereignty, cosmic shapeshifter, deeper soul intuition. Rocking Big island once again Pele eruption Episode 42! My dear Tita Claire and I were literally in bumper to bumper traffic for 2 hrs at the last few miles to get into the park for the greatest show on earth. Pele Honua Mea never disappoints! Pure, raw, fire of love and creation!
