Holton Community Hospital is proud to introduce a new resource for our community.

The Jackson County Kansas Community Resource Guide is now available on our website. This directory connects residents with local programs offering support for housing, food assistance, transportation, behavioral health services, medical equipment, family services, and many other community needs.

Whether someone is facing a difficult time or simply looking for available community support, this guide helps connect individuals and families with organizations serving Jackson County.

Resources included serve residents throughout Holton, Hoyt, Mayetta, Denison, Circleville, Netawaka, Soldier, Whiting, the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Reservation, and surrounding communities.

This guide is provided as a public service and includes community resources regardless of affiliation with Holton Community Hospital.

A comprehensive directory of housing, food, healthcare, transportation, behavioral health, and financial assistance programs available to residents of Jackson County, Kansas.
