Saturday September 11th.
Starting at Red Roof Inn Parking lot, Holton. Registrations starts at 930. Kick stands up 1100 -1115. Route: Denison, Kick Start in Topeka, Rossville, Emmett, then back to Holton. Kod4Kids has changed directions and we are now purchasing an antichoking device called lifevac. (www.lifevac.net), then we are donating them to schools and daycares. All proceeds and donations go toward purchasing them. And the dice throw winner will receive one! If you never need one you are Blessed but if you do it's worth it's weight in gold. Of course there's no way of knowing but had one been around when Kody choked he might still be with us. We get a discount on purchasing them and if anyone wants one we will be selling them at $5 above our cost. The extra $5 will go toward purchasing more to give out. We also have some nice door prizes for you to win. All types of vehicles are welcome. Dice throw isn't a requirement to attend. We hope to see you there!

The LifeVac is a non-powered, non-invasive, single-use only airway clearance device developed for resuscitating a victim with an airway obstruction when current choking protocols have been followed without success. Choking first aid that every home should have.

Kod for kids has some new and used toys to go to some families that need help with something for their children for Christmas. If you are needing some help send me a PM telling us what ages the children are, their likes and their needs. Also your phone number so I can call you. Pick up for the items will be at our house and we live outside of Holton 3.5 miles. We cannot help everyone but will help according to need and first come first serve. Need will be the top priority so please let us know your story if you feel comfortable doing that. There will be 1 to 2 toys for each child as long as supply lasts. We will also be able to help some with teenagers.

Kod4Kids has a lot of adult coats that will be available if anyone needs one. Different sizes. Will also be some childrens but not sure of what sizes we actually have. I have to get them to our home but should have them soon.

Are you ready? It's only a week away! The 11th Annual Kody Kautz Memorial Ride! All vehicles welcome. It'll be a dice throw with prizes going to the top 3 players. T-shirts and sweat shirts to purchase. This year the t-shirt will be Kody's senior picture. He has been gone for 10 years. Registration starts at 0930 at Red Roof Inn in Holton. From there going to Effingham, Atchison, Ozawkie and back to Holton Off the Square! Join us for a day of good friends and fun. Happy Birthday Kody!
