Living the Mission: Meet the Team Behind Every Patient Visit
When you think of healthcare, you probably picture doctors and nurses. But before, during, and after every appointment, there's another team working hard to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Our Revenue Cycle Department, including Registration, Business Office, and Health Information Management, is often the first point of contact for patients and one of the last. They help verify insurance, protect confidential medical records, answer billing questions, process financial assistance applications, and guide patients through the administrative side of healthcare with compassion and respect.
These conversations can be complex, time-consuming, and sometimes emotional. Every day, this team lives our HEART Standard by treating each patient with kindness, professionalism, and empathy while helping them navigate their healthcare journey.
