At this months 2026 reorganization meeting the company welcomed the recently elected Holmdel Fire Company No.1 officers.

We thank our friends and followers, and look forward to another year of supporting our community, and those in need, while remaining committed to supporting the overall fire department mission in the township.

We regret to announce the passing of one of our life members, John H. Flemer. John was also a member of the Holmdel Township Firemen's Relief Association and the Holmdel Township Exempt Firemen's Association. Thank you for your years of service, our most sincere condolences to your family. Visitation will be on Monday, December 8th, from 9:00 am until the time of the service at 12:00 pm, at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. Cemetary to follow at Holmdel Cemetary. Rest in Peace, John... 🙏

We are saddened to announce the passing of one of our long time members, William Brookes III. Bill was also a life-member of the Holmdel First Aid Squad. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends. A visitation will be held Thursday, October 2nd from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Friday October 3rd 9:30 AM at Day Funeral Home Keyport, NJ. A funeral service will be offered Friday 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Shoreland Memorial Gardens in Hazlet, NJ. Rest In Peace Billy... 🙏
