Punch fell asleep on his favorite plushie again... and honestly, it looks like the most comfortable bed in the world. 🧸💕

No matter how many places Punch discovers during the day, he somehow always ends up back with the same orange friend. After all the exploring, climbing, collecting random treasures, and investigating things that probably didn't need investigating, there comes a point when even the busiest little macaque runs out of energy.

And when that happens, Punch has a very specific bedtime routine. Find Plushie. Cuddle Plushie. Fall asleep immediately. The funny thing is that he never seems to care where the nap happens. A cozy corner, a pile of leaves, a patch of ground, or somewhere completely unexpected. As long as DJUNGELSKOG is nearby, Punch appears perfectly satisfied.

Maybe that's one reason so many people love watching him. Most of us had something similar growing up. A favorite stuffed animal, a blanket, or a pillow that somehow made everything feel a little safer. It wasn't really about the object itself. It was about the comfort that came with it.

Punch has become more confident and adventurous with every passing month, but some things never change.

And seeing him curled up on his favorite plushie, sleeping without a single worry in the world, is still one of the sweetest reminders that beneath all the adventures, he's just a baby.

Ana Paula Harwood challenged members with Table Topics on the power of reading. Don't miss the Area 11 Contest scheduled for February 28, 2026, at Picadilly Cafeteria at 9 am. All are welcome.
