Last Sunday, Squadron 43 co-hosted a Family Fun Day that brought together veterans, families, and the local community for an afternoon full of energy and connection.

The event featured a lineup of talented youth rock bands who took the stage and delivered an impressive mix of classic covers and original music.

Community involvement was front and center, with local neighborhood and community councils tabling throughout the event. Attendees had the chance to connect, learn about local initiatives, and get more involved in the area.

A meaningful highlight of the afternoon was the flag retirement ceremony, conducted with respect and care. It offered a moment of reflection and honored the traditions and values that the American Legion continues to uphold.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the day!

Hey friends! Our fearless unsinkable Squadron 43 Commander Kenneth is preparing for his first triathlon (called Escape From Alcatraz, in San Francisco).
