Playland! There's some planned work for the Sheridan street bridge over the Turnpike that may impact traffic flow the next few months. Read the attached flyer for more info!

"The Sheridan Street Bridge over the Florida's Turnpike is owned by Broward County's Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division which has retained Structural Technologies to raise the bridge to meet current vertical clearance standards. The bridge will be raised 2 feet to provide a 16'-6" clearance, reducing the risk of future vehicle impacts and structural damage."

Join us for Operation Paintbrush, the City of Hollywood’s FREE recycled paint giveaway program for residents.

🗓️ Saturday, May 30 (THIS SATURDAY)
⏰ 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
📍 Public Works Department
1600 S Park Rd.

Residents can receive up to two (2) 5-gallon buckets of paint per distribution.

To participate, please bring:
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Recent utility bill (water, electric, or cable), lease agreement, or mortgage statement with matching Hollywood, FL address

⚠️ Please note: The previous limit of four (4) buckets is no longer in effect.
