The Hollywood HERO Hands-Only CPR Course is a FREE one-hour class designed to teach community members the basics of recognizing cardiac arrest, calling for help, and performing Hands-Only CPR until first responders arrive.

In the aftermath of recent earthquakes in Venezuela, countless families have been impacted, lives have been lost and entire communities are facing unimaginable hardship. Access to basic life necessities are severely limited. Your support can make a life-changing difference.

All City of Miami Beach Fire Stations are accepting donation items from Monday, June 29 through Sunday, July 12. All donations will be provided to Global Empowerment Mission, which is also accepting volunteers and financial contributions.

Happy Juneteenth πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ, our newest federal holiday. For those who may not be familiar with its history, Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States - a moment that represents the long journey toward fulfilling our nation’s founding promise of freedom.

To me, Juneteenth is also forward looking. A reminder of the work we continue together to ensure that opportunity and respect for all remains central to the American ideals of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Juneteenth.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE + ACCESS
Hollywood Boulevard will be closed from 19th Avenue to 21st Avenue beginning at 7 a.m. on June 27.

This is event is FREE to enter, but it will be a fenced, secured event with security screenings and entry checkpoints. Please allow extra time for entry and arrival. Gates will close when capacity is reached.

Coolers and outside alcohol are NOT allowed inside the event area. To keep walkways clear and sightlines open to screens, pop-up tents, umbrellas, and other shade structures are not permitted.
