📚💙 Kiwanis of Hollywood Adopt-A-Classroom!

This year, we expanded our reach and adopted 4 classrooms across 3 local schools—supporting teachers and providing resources to help our students learn, grow, and succeed!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the Kiwanis Foundation for approving our Mini Grant and to our members for believing in the vision! 🙌🏽

We’re investing in our teachers, our children, and our community—one classroom at a time! 💙📚

Guest Speaker: Azriel Boymelgreen, Bereishis Foundation. This was a fantastic presentation! I wish more of you could have listened to Azriel. He created the Bereishis Foundation after realizing at an early age there was a dearth of consistent mental health support available for underprivileged children in our community. Their mission is to remove financial and cultural barriers to mental health care for children and teens. The foundation negotiates and pays the therapy fees for these kids. To date the Bereishis Foundation has paid for 541 therapy sessions in just over one year since its formation by Azriel. Our club voted to sponsor 5 sessions and presented Mr Boymelgreen with a check for $500.
