During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, everyone can play a role in encouraging the women in their lives to prioritize their breast health. Know the signs, encourage regular screenings, and remind the women you care about to talk with a health care provider about what screening is right for them.

If you or someone you care about needs help accessing care, your local county health department can connect eligible women with free or low-cost breast and cervical cancer screening services.

Start the conversation. Share the reminder. Encourage someone you love to take care of her health.

CDC and public health officials in several states investigated a multistate outbreak of E. coli infections linked to frozen blueberries. Recalled frozen blueberries have best by dates through 2028. If you have recalled blueberries or berry mixes in your home, throw them out or return them to the store.
