Members of the Broward Regional Health Planning Council (BRHPC) team and the Broward Ryan White Part A HIV Health Services Planning Council were honored to participate in this year's National Ryan White Conference in Washington, D.C., alongside the Community Partnership Division (Ryan White Part A Office) of the Broward County Department of Human Services.

During the conference, the Chair and Vice Chair of the HIV Planning Council proudly presented an accepted abstract and poster while engaging with colleagues from across the nation, attending informative sessions, and exchanging ideas with leaders, partners, and advocates committed to advancing HIV care and services.

Additionally, BRHPC's Director of Planning and Quality Management, the Planning Council Chair, and representatives from the Ryan White Part A Office collaborated to present during the Planning Council (PC)/Planning Body (PB) Institute Session 301, Effective Practices in Community Engagement and Data-Informed Decision Making.

BRHPC's Health Insurance Continuation Program Coordinator also presented on leveraging AI-enabled automation, intelligent documentation tools, and data-driven communication strategies to enhance Health Insurance Premium and Cost Sharing Assistance (HIPCSA) service delivery. The presentation highlighted approaches to improving documentation accuracy, streamlining eligibility verification, standardizing case management responses, and increasing the efficiency and timeliness of client and provider engagement.

This year's conference provided valuable learning opportunities, fresh perspectives, meaningful connections, and innovative ideas. It also reinforced our appreciation for the important work being accomplished nationwide and inspired us as we continue advancing our shared mission to improve the lives of people affected by HIV.

We are excited to share a few highlights from this inspiring and impactful week!
