RD Stirling LLC, in partnership with New Beginnings Church of God in Christ, Elder Frank White, Pastor, will be hosting a Community Construction Job Fair, for the Town Hollywood Apartments Project. RD Stirling LLC plans to build a 420-unit cluster of low-rise apartment buildings along a canal in Hollywood. The site is next to the Oakwood Plaza shopping center and near the Dania Pointe mixed-use retail development. They are looking to hire sub-contractors as well as general laborers, plumbers, painters, etc., especially if you live in the Libera, Hollywood Area. Liberia's boundaries are the Florida East Coast Railway line (Dixie Highway) to the east and northwest 24th avenue to the west, from Stirling Road on the North to Sheridan Street on the South. Liberia technically is a community that is located in two cities, both Dania Beach and Hollywood. It is separated by a main throughway which is NW 12th Avenue in Dania Beach and 22nd Avenue in Hollywood. Today they are both combined as J.A. Ely Blvd.

Within the next few months, construction trucks and materials will travel through the neighborhood. Some streets will be widen and temporary closed. Stay connected to this FB page for updated information!!!

RD Stirling LLC, plans to build a 420-unit cluster of low-rise apartment buildings along a canal in Hollywood. The site is next to the Oakwood Plaza shopping center and near the Dania Pointe mixed-use retail development, both owned by New York-based Kimco Realty. A conceptual site plan for the Related development shows 15 three-story buildings, including five directly on the C-10 Canal, two clubhouses, two swimming pools, and a bridge over the canal for pedestrians and vehicles.
