My Hollywood Pride will once again say “Welcome Home” to the only place that can boast that “Pride Starts Here” for the 2025 edition!

My Hollywood Pride was born from the advocacy work of the Hollywood LGBTQ+ Council, a community-led organization founded in 2019 to unite LGBTQ+ residents, advocate for equity, and foster inclusion across all aspects of life in the City of Hollywood. We’re thrilled to announce that the 4th Annual My Hollywood Pride Street Festival is back and better than ever with our theme for this year: “Keep it

💯.” Mark your calendars for Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 1:00 to 6:00 PM, as we kick off a spectacular celebration that not only honors our LGBTQ+ community but also marks the City of Hollywood’s 100th Anniversary!

World Photography Day is a moment to celebrate how visual storytelling captures history, culture, and progress. Photographs serve as a powerful medium to document social movements, preserve shared memories, and bring vital visibility to diverse communities.

Over the years, documentary photography at Hollywood Pride events has captured the vibrant spirit, unity, and strength of the LGBTQ+ community. These historic images document the ongoing journey toward equality, acceptance, and social change.

Behind every Pride photo is a story of personal courage, love, and community resilience. Photographs capture more than colorful parades and celebrations; they archive pivotal moments in the movement for LGBTQ+ rights and inclusivity.

Disability Pride highlights identity, culture, and visibility of disabled individuals, rejecting shame.

📜 History: July marks the ADA's 1990 signing, a major milestone against discrimination. The fight for accessibility continues.

🎨 The Meaning Behind the Flag:
- Diagonal stripes: Breaking barriers.
- Charcoal: Mourning/protest.
- Red: Physical disabilities.
- Gold: Neurodiversity.
