Celebrating 10 Years of Impact🎉🎉

Today we’re proud to celebrate a decade of mentoring young girls (ages 5-18) and supporting single mothers with essential resources.

As we step into the next chapter, we’re excited to introduce new programs for single mothers designed to provide even more comprehensive support, alongside restructuring our Girls 2 Lead Mentorship Program to better serve the next generation of leaders.

Shut It Down”

To avoid feeling overwhelmed, a technique I found helpful was stepping away and closing all tasks.
Remember to be gentle with yourself, take a pause, accept feeling overwhelmed as normal, and allow yourself to shut down, take a break, and just breathe.

Helpful exercise:
Pause for a moment and take a deep breath.
Inhale slowly through your nose, pause briefly,
and then exhale gently through your mouth.
This easy breathing technique can assist in relaxing your mind and alleviating stress.
