We’re proud to join the Black Legacy Advancement Coalition this Saturday for the Black Legacy Day Celebration in Detroit!

Did you know? In 2025, Mobile Medical Response became the first EMS agency in Michigan to carry and administer blood products in the field.

That means EMS personnel in Saginaw and Tuscola Counties can begin transfusions before patients reach the hospital — helping save time in emergencies involving trauma or severe blood loss, when every second matters.

It takes both dedicated EMS teams and generous blood donors to make this lifesaving care possible!

MMR is hosting two blood drives this Friday in Saginaw and Caro, and appointments are still available. Schedule your appointment today and help make sure blood is ready when Michigan patients need it most.
