Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up soon, May 4–8, 2026. It’s a great time to spotlight educators and rally support for teacher raises and public education funding.

Let’s make our voices heard: send a postcard to your legislator urging them to fund teacher raises and strengthen public education. Every message count in the fight for a brighter future for NC students and teachers!

Visit publicschoolsfirstnc.org and use our Engage/Advocacy Tools to download, print, and mail your postcard today. Together, we can show lawmakers what true teacher appreciation looks like!
