The Robotic Doges are advancing to PA States! From judging interviews to robot matches and dancing, the students exhibited hard work, determination, and fun at the 2/22/26 Panther Power Qualifier. Congratulations to the team for earning the 1st place Winning Alliance with undefeated playoff matches and winning the Connect Award. Thanks to the support of coaches, mentors, parents, and sponsors who helped make the learning possible.

Congratulations to the persistent students of the Robotic Doges who worked through many iterations of two robot builds and invested countless hours finetuning the code for auto-aiming their turret during the 2025-26 Decode season. Their efforts paid off with consistent robot performance at the 2/22/26 Panther Power Qualifier where they won the 1st place Winning Alliance, earned the 8th highest PA match score of 236, and advanced their standing to the 5th ranked team in PA and 188th ranked team world-wide. Great work. PA States is next.

Thanks to 2nd year team 27310 ByteBusters for scrimmaging with the Robotic Doges on Saturday to prepare for Sunday’s competition. The practice benefited both teams and each advanced to playoff matches at the 2/22/26 Panther Power Qualifier, with ByteBots advancing through Playoff Match 6 and Doges capturing the win in Playoff Match 10. It is always good to see up and coming teams growing stronger.

The Robotic Doges had a great time scrimmaging with 21364 FIRST Try on Friday in preparation for Sunday’s competition. The practice and collaboration paid off as the teams captured the 1st place Winning Alliance with undefeated playoff matches at the 2/22/26 Panther Power Qualifier. With innovative solutions, like autonomous operation, smarter mechanical systems, or sensor use, they tackle game challenges with creativity and skill, showing how technology can push their robot to the next level.

-The Inspire Award is presented to the team that embodies the best of FIRST—this team is made up of strong ambassadors, role models, and gracious competitors. This team excels across judged award categories, works together to design and build their robot, and shares their experiences, enthusiasm, and knowledge with other teams, sponsors, their community, and the Judges.

Congratulations to the Robotic Doges for winning Inspire 2 at the 1/18/26 Greyhound Sprint Qualifier and improving their overall season performance by ranking 3rd. The redesign of a new robot with a shooter, rotating turret, and refined collector proved worthy of the team’s efforts. Having tested that the hardware is solid, the programming team is excited to further refine auto-aiming to maximize scoring at their next event. Go Doges!

The Robotic Doges did a great job running matches and acting as referees at LHER’s 1/10/26 practice scrimmage for FIRST LEGO League Challenge teams. We love seeing gracious professionalism on display when older FIRST Tech Challenge students apply their expertise by supporting younger FLL students.

Congratulations to the Robotic Doges for winning the Control Award at the 12/7/25 Blue Streak Qualifier, a well-deserved recognition after working in the off-season to upgrade their code base. The entire team pushed to prepare for this early competition, competed respectably, learned a lot, and had fun. Go Doges!
