Once everything has been confirmed, we will begin contacting the first 20 children on the waiting list. After we reach our maximum capacity, we will be unable to accept additional enrollments.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We completely understand the frustrations surrounding summer camp enrollment and the limited spaces available. Please know that our staff is actively exploring every possible option to secure additional transportation for students. At this time, transportation remains our biggest challenge and is the main reason we are limited in the number of youth we can accept.

We would also like to clear up some confusion regarding registration notifications. Our currently enrolled students were our first priority, which is why those families were notified first through several forms of communication, including staff reminders about our February parent meeting, the Remind App, social media posts, and our bulletin board.

After our initial public Parent Night, 19 of the 30 available spots had already been filled. The remaining spots were filled over the following two days, and additional applicants were then placed on a waiting list. Without guaranteed transportation, we made the decision to limit confusion by only distributing applications to those accepted into the first 30 spots.

We also encourage community members to reach out to Tribal Council to express how important summer camp opportunities are for the youth and families in our community.

Please know that we are working diligently to find solutions and hope to provide everyone with more information within the next week. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to our staff so we can address them directly.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.
