This February, we’re grateful for a community that shows love to its students.

This Valentine’s season, we’re feeling the love, and so are our students. 💕

At Care to Learn Hollister, love shows up in meaningful ways. Meeting needs, removing barriers, and reminding kids they’re cared for. 🫶

On Friday alone, we were able to meet the needs of 7 kids and that impact goes far beyond a single day.

When kids have what they need, whether it’s academic support, emotional encouragement, basic resources, or simply someone taking the time to notice them, it changes everything. Meeting those needs helps remove distractions, reduces stress, and allows students to do what they’re meant to do: focus, engage, and learn.

Every need met is a barrier removed. Every barrier removed is an opportunity created.

We’re proud of the small moments and quiet wins that add up to big change. Friday was a powerful reminder that when we show up for kids, learning follows and so does hope.

Today we had the opportunity to help a family with groceries, and their response warmed our hearts: “Thank you so much for reaching out to us in this time of need. It means so much to us knowing that our school is not just school, but family ❤️.”

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Community isn’t just a word—it's the way we show up for each other. So grateful to be part of a school family that cares beyond the classroom. ❤️📚✨

From November 17th–25th, we’re collecting spare change to support Care to Learn, which helps meet the health, hunger, and hygiene needs of our Hollister students.

We were able to help some Hollister families with groceries and other basic needs recently. It’s always a blessing to see our community come together to support one another!

💙 Today we were able to help meet a very important need for one of our students by providing some medical supplies. Thanks to the generosity and support of our community, we were able to step in and make sure they didn’t go without.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do—meeting health, hunger, and hygiene needs so students can focus on learning. Thank you for continuing to support our kids and Care to Learn.
