The Blue Bench Project The Blue Bench Project The Bench is a spot about 4/10th of a mile straight back from my house in the woods. It is up on a rise and there is a fire pit.

It is silent there, and warmer then the rest of the world, even on cold days. The trees move but there is no sound or feeling of wind. It is a sacred place to sit and think, and sometimes just sit.
