For his Boy Scout Eagle Project, a requirement to attain rank of Eagle Scout, John is building a Pavilion, for public use, on the Erie Canal in Holley, NY. John Patt's Boy Scout Eagle Project is located alongside the Erie Canal, near Saltport Pond in Holley, NY at the Erie Canal Park. This 12' x 12' Pavilion will be on a 4" thick concrete base, with a low maintenance met
