Leadership grows when what we learn is passed on.

Throughout Afghanistan, believers are being equipped not simply to participate in ministry, but to reach and disciple other Afghans within their own communities and contexts.

That is the kind of multiplication we want to see.

Training one leader can strengthen far more than one person. As knowledge, biblical understanding, and practical ministry skills are shared, new leaders are able to equip others.

The goal isn't simply more training. It's more people equipped to lead.

In digital ministry, it’s easy to talk about reach, views, comments, and engagement.

But behind every number is a real person with a story, a question, a prayer, or a desire to know more about God.

Sometimes ministry begins with a simple message:

“I have a question about Jesus”

Someone has seen a video or read a post, and something has made them curious enough to reach out.

What happens next matters.

A thoughtful response can become a conversation. A conversation can build trust. And trust can open the door to deeper questions about faith, life, and Jesus.

This is why personal follow-up is such an important part of digital ministry.

It is not simply about answering questions. It is about being present, listening well, and giving relationships time to grow.

After encountering Jesus online, one man began reading the Gospel and asked for help growing in her faith. Through personal conversation, Scripture, and prayer, she chose to follow Jesus.

The next week, she shared how deeply her life had changed.

Behind every message is a person. And sometimes, one conversation can open the door to a completely new life.

But strong ministry leadership is about more than learning the latest technology.

It is also about listening well, building trust, and creating space for honest, personal conversations.
