OKE will celebrate 190 years in the fall. The history of the Fraternal Society at Hope College is impressive. This gathering will be a fun get-together, and we will hear more about the history and future of the Economics and Business Department from Stacy Jackson, department chair.

We are eager to see more alumni participation in this non-fundraising event. OKE needs increased alumni involvement to secure the future of our fraternity on campus. Let's look forward to a fun evening of reconnecting, sharing ideas and helping the current actives attract a stellar Pledge Class during the 2024-25 school year. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Please register by Wednesday, May 15. We need a great turnout. Check your email inbox for registration details. Or email Bill Vanderbilt at [email protected].

Four amigos celebrating Saint Patrick's Day in Chicago. Scott Buhrmaster '88 (far right) is the drummer for the band, Whiskey Mick. They played 7 or 8 shows over the holiday weekend. (Who knows for sure?) When asked if he was tired Scott said, "Yeah, 'cuz I don't play soft. I play hard." True dat.
