We had an AMAZING February celebrating Black History Month by sharing written submissions, reviews, and playlists celebrating black artists and giving respect to the culture and the music that we all move and groove to.

As you may already know, March is Women's History Month, so we are keeping the show running! Check out our new blog submission highlighting some influential female artists that bring joy into our lives!

Hope BSU member Kworwenski has blessed us by writing a review of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. Ms. Lauryn Hill is one of the greatest rappers of all time, a soulful singer, a former member of the Fugees, a songwriter and producer, and a woman of faith and values. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is her only solo album and it is a masterpiece, to say the least. Her work is a staple of black culture and is known throughout the Americas and Caribbean.
