BEGINS TUESDAY!

FREE COMMUNITY YOGA AT TUNNEL PARK

6pm on TUESDAYS this summer (June 2 through August 25) at Tunnel Park

Drop-in Community Yoga! No need to sign up. No “yoga” experience is needed. Just come, move, and breathe together. It is super trauma informed, deliciously soulful, absolutely anatomically make-sense! It will stir up all parts of you for transformation! If you are an experienced yogis, let’s go deeper into the practice.
Bring your mat and waterbottle. Come in a comfortable, movable attire!

This is a FREE of charge event. Free will donation is welcomed to support a non profit Journey of Hope Yoga studio www.journeyofhopeyoga.org which provides fee-free yoga classes for anyone who wants to come. Please check out Journey of Hope Yoga’s full weekly schedule. All weekly classes are free and open to everyone. Signing up online is recommended if you would like to get an email notification for weather related cancellation.

Journey of Hope Yoga is collecting donations for Resilience’s May Baskets Campaign. We invite you to help us fill baskets with small items that bring comfort, encouragement, and hope. Together, we can remind those in difficult seasons that they are cared for.

Please drop your donations off at the studio by Tuesday, May 26.

Journey of Hope Yoga 8th Anniversary Celebration!

Journey of Hope Yoga is celebrating 8 years of sharing free Christ-centered yoga classes with our community! We invite you to join us for a special morning of movement, story, and connection.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Joy Flow Yoga led by Ria Nieboer
Move, breathe, ground yourself, and lift your heart in praise. This all-levels flow concludes with a time of scripture reflection and meditation.

10:15 – 10:45 AM
Our Story – Ria and Bonnie will share how the studio began and the heart behind this Christ-centered yoga ministry.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Balance & Mobility Yoga led by Bonnie Gruppen
A gentle, modified class designed for those who prefer a slower pace or are navigating health challenges such as arthritis, osteoporosis, anxiety, depression, cancer recovery, Parkinson’s, or other chronic conditions.

You are welcome to join us at 9:00, 10:15, or 11:00 AM and attend one or more of the offerings. We’d love to have you stay for the whole morning - bring a friend! (Note ~ the doors will be locked during class times, please arrive 10 min. early)
All yoga props and mats are provided.

You are welcome to simply show up, or you may sign up on our website and receive a free gift.
