Just come, move, and breathe together. It's super-trauma informed and mindful, deliciously soulful, absolutely anatomically make-sense! It will stir up all parts of you for transformation! During this class, you will build strength and resiliency in your body and mind while cultivating a willing, compassionate heart. Grab a mat (if you have one), water bottle, towel, and maybe a friend or two.

You are welcome to just walk-in or sign up through our website. See our full class schedule online. Everyone is welcome to join us!
