What a fun time we had with Mollie Elkman, Lakeshore Home Builders Association, and the first graders at Waukazoo Elementary of West Ottawa Public Schools! Author Mollie Elkman visited students last week to share her bestselling book with them, "The House That She Built."

After reading her book about a house built entirely by women, students received a copy of the book donated by the She Built Foundation, a hard hat donated by Lakeshore HBA, and a safety vest donated by Lakeshore Habitat. And we were all impressed with the quality of their dream house drawings in the back of their new books!

Thank you to all of these partners who helped make this educational and inspiring reading possible!
