Around here, we say Marissa sets the vibe—and if you’ve spent any time at The Next Center, you know exactly what we mean.
Marissa has an incredible instinct for what makes a space work for people. She notices what’s needed, finds ways to make things better and brings a warmth and energy that makes people feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Over the past year, we’ve watched her grow in so many directions—bringing more structure to how we operate, more creativity to how we communicate and more intention to the experience we create for our SURGE members, founders and guests.
Marissa is at the center of the energy on our first floor—welcoming familiar faces and new ones, picking up on what people need and making connections along the way. She’s a natural problem-solver who has a way of jumping in, figuring things out and keeping things moving, often before anyone else realizes there’s a problem to solve.
And that’s the real impact of what she brings. The space works better because of her—but more importantly, it feels better. People feel comfortable, connected and supported, with the space and energy to create, collaborate and soar.
Marissa doesn’t just take care of the experience—she shapes it.
