Corpus Christi Foundation

Corpus Christi Foundation CCF provides a strong financial base that supports religious, educational, ministerial and charitable works of the Catholic Church in Holland and Zeeland.

The Corpus Christi Foundation was created by leaders of the Holland area Catholic community to provide a secure and lasting gift of stewardship for future generations. Through the generosity of its benefactors the Foundation will support religious, educational, ministerial and charitable works of the Catholic Church in Holland and Zeeland, MI. The Foundation was established in January 2000, immedi

ately following the opening of the Corpus Christi Catholic School and Faith Formation Center. The Corpus Christi Foundation helps provide a strong financials base to support our parishes and school. The majority of Foundation funds are maintained in a permanent endowment. Since 2003, funds have been distributed annually from the endowment’s earnings. The Foundation focuses on strengthening financial resources and security for future generations to enrich our faith community.

Strong roots matter most during difficult seasons.
Faith does not remove every hardship, but it gives us something steady to hold onto through uncertainty, loss, and change.
When we nurture faith today, we help create roots deep enough to sustain future generations tomorrow.

We choose to support the Corpus Christi Foundation because having lived here my whole life I’m happy to see the growth of the Catholic community and that growth indicates a need for more ministries to help members learn, live and love their Catholic faith.

I know we have limited resources to share but I feel strongly that if we all do our part and contribute to the Foundation, we can make a difference in the community and beyond.

The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity reminds us that relationship is at the very heart of God.
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three persons, one God—existing in perfect love, unity, and communion.
While the Trinity is a mystery beyond full understanding, it also reveals something deeply important: we were created for relationship too. For connection with God, with one another, and with the world around us.
In a culture that often pulls people apart, the Trinity reminds us that love, unity, and self-giving are sacred.
At the center of our faith is not isolation, but communion.

A smile.
A conversation.
A moment of kindness.
Small acts plant powerful seeds.
And over time, they grow into a community rooted in love.

Faith is not built only in big moments.
It grows in everyday acts of kindness, quiet prayers, faithful routines, and the simple choice to keep showing up with love.
God often grows extraordinary things through ordinary faithfulness.

Pentecost reminds us that the Holy Spirit still moves.
What began as fear and uncertainty among the disciples was transformed into courage, faith, and action through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Pentecost is not just a story from the early Church—it is a reminder that God continues to guide, strengthen, and renew His people today.
The same Spirit that inspired the disciples to go out into the world still calls us to live with compassion, hope, and faith in our everyday lives.
Come, Holy Spirit.

At Sunday Masses at OLL this weekend, the Corpus Christi Foundation has made available springtime bookmarks reflecting on our new season of Planting Seeds for the Future. The bookmark includes a piece of herb seed paper that can be removed and planted for your enjoyment.
The special paper has herbs seeds in it to grow either: basil, oregano, chives, lavender, parsley, thyme or dill. To grow your seed heart, plant it under a 1/4" of fertile soil in a warm, sunny spot and keep damp. The paper maybe started inside in a small pot and transferred outside to a larger pot or garden. Watch something beautiful grow!

Faith is often passed down in small, ordinary moments.
A grandparent’s prayer.
A parent’s example.
A child learning to trust God for the very first time.
The seeds of faith planted today continue growing across generations, shaping hearts long into the future.
Together, we are planting seeds for the future.
