Holland Deacons' Conference The Holland Deacons’ Conference (HDC) supports churches in their diaconal and community ministries. Jack Kooyman serves as Executive Director for HDC.

The Holland Deacons’ Conference (HDC) is the diaconal ministry of the Christian Reformed Church (CRC) for Classis Holland. HDC was formed and is owned by deacons of the CRC in Classis Holland. HDC has been and remains a catalyst for combining the resources of our churches to do what one church alone would not be able to do. HDC exists to encourage, support and equip deacons, church members and par

tners to collaborate in Christ-like acts of mercy, justice and compassion that transform lives and communities, reflecting and advancing God’s reign. Additionally, our work includes the management and operations of the 5 Adult Foster Care Homes, as well as support for Lakeshore Little People’s Place and board membership and community involvement with Buen Pastor.
