What a wonderful Feeling, to be able to open our hearts and share with others during this Christmas time.
Just-A-Chance would like to say “Thank You” to a great local businessman (Pietro “Pete” Stabile) owner of “Petrino’s” pizzeria (29 W. 16th Street)here in the city of Holland.
Pete has come forward to help with a great donation to our 2018 Christmas caring program, a donation of (25 Hams) that are being given to some local Heroes and families in our community.
20 of these hams were given to the VFW Post #2144 and accepted by one of their very beautiful representatives.
Thank you
Pietro “Pete” Stabile, Ron & Maria Chavez and JAC (Just-A-Chance)

Gifts of love and friendship shall be passed onto the children who may have been passed over by Santa this holiday season.
God bless our great country and all our armed forces!
Merry Christmas to all and to all a blessed night!

Ladies and gentlemen, friends of JAC.., please do not respond to any (emails) that may seem to come from our charity.
It seems we may have been hacked by some lowlife scum!
Do not open or answer any request for donations, because they are not ours.
Please call us at (616)566-2088 if you have any questions.
Thank you 🙏🏽

Hi friends of JAC, A little note from the heart.
It has been a time from our last posting here on our page and we apologize.
Things around here have been turned upside down this past year with the loss of Board members, volunteers and donations.
But as in the past, I took up the slack and kept the small programs going the best as I could. I know I haven't been in the office lately, but I was never an office person when there was work to do out in the community.
I had been able to keep a few programs working here in the community as they reflect my compassion to helping others such as local (elders, veterans, youth, Local Boy Scouts and animals/nature).
Our fishing and golfing programs took a big hit this year, as we had some big dreams of expanding on them, but with a lack of funding and volunteers, we just couldn't keep them going.
The weather is changing and the year 2018 is coming to a close. I am not sure if JAC will be coming back in 2019 unless something huge happens.
Just as in the past, I know JAC will live in my heart and my actions, as long as I am able to help another person in need.
Thank you

Hi friends of JAC, it’s now August, the grass is growing with the well needed rain we are getting and we need to start getting out and cut our lawns before they get out of hand.
But what about our local elders and people with disabilities that just don't have the energy or health to get out and do chores like this.
JAC has for the last 5-6 years have made an effort to reach out to these folks in our community and lend a helping hand. We try our best to cut grass for those who may need an extra hand every season, and we feel so good about doing this.
But folks we need your help this season, we are in need of a couple items so we can continue this well needed service.
Here is our wish list:
Riding mower, Push mower, w**d whackers, grass seed, w**d & feed, wheelbarrow, small chain saw.
If you can help with an item we will be happy to pick up the item/items.
Please call (616)566-2088
