We will be scouting for food today. Your help will be much appreciated so we can help the Utah food bank. We will be collecting non perishable food at the Salt Lake Buddhist Temple located at 200 W 100 S Salt Lake City Utah 84101. Please come support. We will be accepting donations from 10:00 AM to 12:30pm.

Our Troop gathered on Friday evening to honor the life of one of the most beloved members of our Scouting community, Alex Jueschke, who passed away at the age of 93 on October 2nd, 2024. Alex was an active and avid Scouter throughout his life. He served in various positions with Cubmaster being his favorite. Alex was awarded the distinguished Silver Beaver Award in 2018. He enjoyed giving Scout Master’s minutes and sharing his experience, knowledge, and skills with other leaders and scouts. When and where ever possible he enjoyed scout camps, outings, and service projects. BSA Troop 442 will forever be grateful for all of Alex's time with the Troop. Rest in peace, Alex.
