Big things happening 💙

Our Employment Team completed a two-day Employment Boot Camp, ending with our largest hiring event yet!

17+ employers, 150+ job seekers and most importantly, 38+ clients leaving with scheduled interviews or job offers 🙌

We’re proud of our clients and grateful to the employers who showed up ready to say YES to new opportunities.

This week, Metropolitan Ministries welcomed 50 Citi Bank volunteers who teamed up with U.S. Hunger to tackle food insecurity in our community.

Together, they packed an incredible 25,000 meals, ensuring that more families will have access to nutritious food. Thank you to Citi Bank, U.S. Hunger, and all the volunteers for making a lasting impact, one meal at a time! 💙

The Empty Plate Challenge is here 🍽️

Skip one meal. Donate what you would’ve spent to Metropolitan Ministries. It’s a small sacrifice that can help put a meal on someone else’s table.

And we’re kicking things off by challenging Thaddeus Bullard aka WWE Legend Thaddeus Bullard to take the challenge.

To donate, visit our website at the link in our bio!

Titus, you’re up! 👀

50 kids. Three Metro campuses. One unforgettable day 🥺

Our kids from Tampa, Pasco and Pinellas got to head to Raymond James Stadium for Tampa Bay Buccaneers Training Camp last week to experience the excitement up close.

A huge thank you to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for inviting our kids, continuing to be such a great partner to Metro, and making moments like this possible. And to the players who took the time to say hello and make our kids feel special - thank you! 🏴‍☠️💙
