Thank you to everyone who helped make the Holgate LifeWise trip to the Ark Encounter possible. On Saturday, April 11, we took 14 students from the 5th grade and high school to experience the Ark.

In John 10:9, it says, “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved…” Just as Noah and his family had to enter through the door to be saved, we need Jesus for our salvation.

It was wonderful to witness the students' amazement, hear their questions, and see how much they learned. During the trip, we chartered a bus, enjoyed lunch at the on-site restaurant, saw many animals, and explored all three floors of the Ark. The students also enjoyed the playground and created wonderful memories together.

Thank you for helping provide this live, tangible experience that brought our classroom Bible studies to life. We truly appreciate your support.

An end of the year message from our teacher Mrs. Moore:

“The 2025-2026 LifeWise classes for Holgate have officially come to a close. We finished the year strong with 96 students attending each week. It was a wonderful year filled with lessons, crafts, and games, and it has been a blessing to watch the faith of these students grow.

I hope to see everyone return next school year to continue learning about the love of Jesus. Thank you all for your continued support; we truly could not do this without you.

Have a wonderful summer! Remember, Jesus loves you and so do I.”

✨As the LifeWise year in Holgate is quickly coming to an end, we invite you to support our students in donating toward one of the following- We are preparing to send home 51 Bibles and we are taking our 5th grade and older students to the Ark Encounter.

The average cost of a Bible is $15, and the cost for a student to attend the Ark Encounter trip is $70. Would you please consider sponsoring a child for one of these upcoming gifts! ✨

As children of God, we are freed from sin, empowered to do what is right, and adopted into His family. Because of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, God the Father welcomes us and promises us an eternal future with Him.

Since God has made us His children, we can choose gratitude in every situation. A difficult day does not remove us from His family; even on our worst days, God’s love remains constant. We are deeply loved and become part of His family through our belief in Him.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support LifeWise Holgate at the spaghetti dinner. We loved and appreciated the fifth graders who helped serve; they did a wonderful job.

We live in a great community, and our members are truly amazing. If you did not get the opportunity to make it to the dinner there is still time to reach out and support for the upcoming Ark Trip!
