Here is an easy option for those that want to help out the food pantry. Go to Yoss and tell the cashier you would like to purchase a food bundle. There is a $10 bundle and a $20 bundle. We have an example sitting up front. That's it! No handling cans or boxes of food on your end. All of the food donated will be delivered to HAMA and then handed out to our community members.

Here's the best part! Yoss has generously offered to donate 1 bundle for every 10 that are purchased. That means if the community purchases 200 bundles then Yoss will donate 20!

If you prefer to give monetary donations, scan the QR below and the money will go straight to HAMA, or feel free to drop off money directly to HAMA. There is a mail slot on the west door.

I wanted to share this page. This page has some amazing ideas that would help out your local food pantry. These items are all shelf stable items and are complete meals. Please consider making some of these bags with the recipes inside and donating them. If you are not able to find cans that have the pull tab, please consider purchasing a can opener and adding to the bag.

A little kindness goes a long way! Thank you for helping out!!

If you have questions or need assistance in getting items to the food pantry or want to schedule a time to drop off, please reach out to Tami Mallory .

The Food pantry has some current needs of Shampoo, toothpaste and cleaning supplies. The $1 size ones at Dollar General are the perfect size for our older residents to handle.
Other items we can always use and that people really enjoy are dessert items.
Birthday kit ideas: cake mix, frosting, oil or applesauce, candles, sprinkles and an aluminum pan.
We are always in need of sturdy boxes. The medium size or small size are the best.
We can always use monetary donations as well. Checks can be mailed to 404 S Vine St, Holden, MO 64040.
Monetary donations help us provide any items we see that we are running low on and help us provide utility or gas assistance.

If you have any questions or wish to donate or volunteer, please message the FB page or send an email to [email protected].
