The Holden Road Race is an annual Thanksgiving Day 5K charity run that supports the Wachusett Food Pantry and the Be Like Brit Foundation.

WHEN: Thanksgiving morning at 8am
WHERE: The course begins and ends at the Big Y parking lot near downtown Holden, and includes Main St

reet and nearby residential streets. WHY: The HRR is a Thanksgiving tradition that celebrates athleticism, supports local charities, and fosters community. Last year more than 1200 runners and hundreds of other spectators participated in the race and this year we expect even more. Our goal is to make this annual holiday event attractive to both premier athletes and newbies to the sport of running. We are providing several incentives to sponsors. Hi! We are looking for 4-6 volunteers to help set up the Holden Road Race course; tomorrow night, Wednesday, at 9pm (yes, 9 in the evening 😊).
