Giving yourself permission to grieve can be challenging, but know that it is very needed for your heart and soul. Your heart needs this release as a process of healing. When we let ourselves grieve for the little ones we have lost, this helps us to acknowledge their existence and honor their memory. They will always be remembered by you.
