A little 📷 snapshot 📷 of our week in Indy. The students attended leadership sessions, the expo, and FFA Mall on Thursday. Then we took a break to have some fun on Friday at an apple orchard, honey farm, and dairy creamery. We ended the trip watching former member, Emma Miller, receiving her American Degree on Saturday. 💙💛💙

We once again had a great turnout of members on a day off school. This time it was to help with parking cars at the Holden Truck and Tractor Pull. I did not get pictures of all the kids that helped, but here's a few. Also a huge THANK YOU to Rollin Smoke BBQ for their donation to our Chapter tonight!! 💙💛💙

Over the last two days in class, 24 teams of Ag students have been challenged to Break out of Ordinary as they completed various activities that explored why teaching agriculture can be a fulfilling career as part of National Teach Ag Day (9/18). They watched videos, solved riddles, and raced against the clock (and other teams around the nation) to Break out of Ordinary and break into the box. It was a change of pace from normal classroom instruction, but students learned the valuable skills of careful listening and teamwork to complete the challenge! Our fastest team was a group of Ag. 2 students who completed the challenge in 25:39!!
