✨ We are getting closer to fair time and here is your polite reminder to check the terms and conditions you signed and turned in months ago ✨

* YQCA- must be current through Fair (see T&C- 1:c)

* Seasonal Pass- Must be current & turned in at Fair Check-In. (See T&C 1. d., 3. b., 7.c.)

* Pre Fair Show- All exhibitors are required to show all of their project animals. Must have attended. (See T&C 2.c.)

* Lambs, Goats, Swine- Must have an official Scrapie ID Tag, A state Premise ID tag or Official USDA 840 tag. (See T&C 3.c. bullet point 1&2) Beef- it is highly suggested to have an 840 Tag.

* Animals must be healthy and manageable. (see T&C 3.d. section 4)

* Weights- animals must meet the weight parameters in order to sell. Please be aware of this. (refer to T&C section 8. Weigh In)

* Be in good standings with 4H or FFA

As we get closer to Fair we want to make sure you have these things organized and prepared before Check-In, or you will not be eligible to show or Sell.

Navajo County Fair & Rodeo September 13-16! Our Fairgrounds also offers overnight camping and stall rental. We have Facility and Arena Rental available.

Reminder: Navajo County Kids (Exhibitors) showing @ Fair:

AUGUST 1ST, 2026 IS 45 DAYS FROM FAIR CHECK-IN!!

*All project animals & replacement animals must have attended a Pre Fair show.
* Ownership requirement, if an animal dies After Aug. 1st you will not be able to obtain a replacement.
*Make sure that the exhibitor has a Seasonal Pass with exhibitor name and animals that will be shown @ Fair.
*All tagged animals must still have the NCJLC red ear tag- readable and clean. Please make sure NCJLC committee has updated information on the animals. This will cause less stress @ Check-in.
*YQCA course completed and current through Fair.
*Be in Good standing with 4H & FFA.
Please review the Terms & Conditions.
*Any uncontrollable / unhealthy animals will be removed from the Fairgrounds. Please keep working with them to be at you're best.
