The Navajo County Historical Society is looking for community members interested in helping redesign and update the dinosaur display located behind the Old Courthouse Museum! 🦖

If you are creative, artistic, handy, or simply have a great idea, we would love to hear from you.

Applications are available at the museum, and there are only a few days left to submit your ideas and proposals to the board for consideration.

Help us create something fun and memorable for our community and visitors during Dino Days and beyond!

The Historical Society, Petrified Forest and the Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to host Dino 🦖 Days 🦕 this year. We are looking for vendors or all kinds and volunteers to help us with the event. For more information, contact the Museum at 928-524-6558 and get your vendor application.

The museum’s regular schedule is Monday- Saturday, 9 am until 5 pm. Come visit us and checkout some great Route 66 and Dino 🦖 gift ideas. We have some really great things. 😊

Dinosaur 🦕 contest!!
The Old Courthouse Museum is looking for some help!!
We need a name for our Dino and repaint!! 🧑‍🎨🎨🫟
If you or someone you know is interested in helping with this cool 😎 project we are looking for you 🫵🏼!!
Forms are available at the Courthouse, the website or contact your favorite board member.
The last day to submit your application and paint proposal will be May 30th, 2026!
We will announce the winner at Dino Days on June 6th.
